We have been operating since 2006.

We have experience in citrus, stonefruit, berries, grapes, and nuts. We source employees locally and from overseas. We can supply supervisors, fork lift tractors, machine operators, picking ladders (bow and step), picking equipment (bag, snip, safety glasses, gloves), and electric pruning snips. All employees are required to do a safety induction off site and have their work rights checked. Then a

nother safety induction on site before they commence work. For our employees:

Our busy period is usually between May and September and will gradually slow down from October. All employees require visa checks and undertake two inductions. All employees are paid weekly and transferred directly to your account. All employees are entitled to superannuation. Working holiday visa employees are eligible for the second year visa days.

Whilst our workers are in Australia, they are able to send money home to get things going with building a home.
This is how workers get building supplies to their villages in Fiji.
The big boat transports them from Suva to Kadavu.
On Kadavu, some roads are not developed yet, so they load onto a smaller boat to get to their villages.

This week we farewell a small group of Kiribati 🇰🇮 workers and congratulate and thank quite a few who have reached the 5 years club!
Kiribati is the country we have worked with the longest.

To all PALM workers,
I'm sorry I was unable to speak for long today.
I'm very hurt by this and hope we will never have to experience this again!
What I wanted to say is that, the reason we all know each other is because of the PALMS program. You coming to Australia to improve your life and your family's lives. You sacrifice family time to come here to work and to work hard to be able to provide for your families. Family is what is most important. When you leave them and arrive in Australia, you become part of our PLL family! We show you what it is like to welcome people, care for each other, be kind, be generous.
It fills our hearts when we see how being around us makes you have the same values in life. It fills our hearts to see how your lives change for the better. It make us want to keep doing what we are doing.
Please make good decisions and don't make poor choices that could ultimately lead to the worst thing possible. That's when it truly hurts and we don't know where we could have prevented it.
Thank you to everyone, coming together today to show support for each other, and to Joe's family. 🧡🖤

A very sad day as we wake up mourning the loss of one of own PLL family.
Our deepest condolences to the family of Joe Koumera. Husband to Narboro, and Father to 4 beautiful children, Steven, Jack, Ruth and Batist.
