The home has off street parking and has a large rear deck with a gas barbeque which overlooks the large fully enclosed backyard. The deck has sun chairs and a peaceful outlook making it an ideal way to enjoy afternoon wine and refreshments while relaxing. The lounge room has lovely comfortable lounges with warm throw rugs and soft pillows to sit and relax talking, playing games or watching the TV, a large range of Movies and pay TV available at no additional charge. The dining room seats ten people comfortably and the snuggle chairs are the ideal way to relax day or night. There is ducted heating for winter stays or refrigerated split system air-conditioners in the living/family area for the warmer months.
