Surprise surprise surprise
just received a phone call from Shirley the 93 year old pensioner left stranded at Sydney Airport late last night by Jervis B.. AirPort Express
She was very upset because even though she was not picked up they would not refund her money
NOT ONE CENT

Very poor form

I received a call from the company saying that they were not happy with my post
I told them
All I was doing is telling people what happened last night and they can make up their own mind
