A very fond (and a bit sad 😢) farewell to our Jaloura project from a few years ago. A lot of love went into this project as it was our family home but it’s time to move on to new adventures!! Congratulations to the new owners and wishing you many years of happiness in your new home.

Kokoda Track 2023. Anzac Day dawn service at Bomana War Cemetery. I’ve been to my fair share of dawn services but this one was special. After completing the Kokoda Track to take part in this service was a highlight. It would be worth the trip to PNG just for this service. Then back to Port Moresby Yacht Club for lunch and a few beers. An epic way to end an epic adventure 👍

An awesome effort from the boys recently on our project. This is the suspended concrete slab over the garage area. We were unable to get formworkers or steel fixers for this stage so had to do it ourselves. A great example of the difference good carpenters make to a project. The boys just got stuck in and made it work. Our engineer even commented it was one of the best prepped suspended slabs he’d ever seen!! I’m lucky to have such a great team, especially on complex jobs like this one 🙏

Now you see it ⬅️ Now you don’t! This was the existing attic floor at our Spring Hill reno. The attic was not a practical space so we’ve demolished the old floor and made a new void space in what will be the kitchen/dining area. The natural light in here is already amazing, so watch for the finished product. Great work by the RKB team👍 💪 🧠
