The house features a large modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas cooktop, large fridge and all the features required for easy holiday meal preparation. Opposite the kitchen is a comfortable lounge room with wood fire place, plasma TV and DVD player. Wireless broadband internet is available for the whole house. The dining area is accessed from the open plan kitchen and views the native bush surrounding the house through large 'floor to ceiling' windows. A long bench seat is ideal for reading in the winter sun. The dining area expands onto the large courtyard via a 'rising glass door' providing seamless indoor/outdoor living. The courtyard includes outdoor sound system, BBQ, hammock, deck chairs and other outdoor furniture - perfect for summer fun. The large courtyard is surrounded by lawn and views onto the national park at the rear of the house. The kids will love the trampoline and kids toys. A short walk away from the calm waters of Seal Rocks boat beach (perfect for kids), or 5 min drive to two of Australias best surfing beaches Treachery and Lighthouse beaches.
