* Spend hours researching travel so you don't have to. Or compliment the hard work you've done researching travel yourself.

* Construct difficult airfares and itineraries.

* Care about you and your family, what you need, what you want, and how you want to experience this once in a lifetime journey.

* Support you while you're on your holiday, if you need help, are unsure of something, or just want to say hi, I'm only a message or phone call away.

* Problem solve, handle amendments and unforeseen changes to your journey before or during your holiday.

* Communicate on your behalf. You don't sit on hold to an airline, online booking site, wholesaler, tour provider etc....I do while you're sipping cocktails in a bar waiting for my instruction.

* Seating, meals, upgrade and other special requests.

* Most importantly to me .....I get excited for you because I truly am excited about your travel plans! I'm personal and genuine and and I take pride in my ability to offer seamless service.
