We are obsessed with this tarragon salsa for our spring salad this menu. The garden is pumping with all these ingredients and it’s delishaus, light and perfect with a glass of Chardonnay or Rose. Tarragon poached chicken salad | chicken + tarragon salsa + goat cheese + currants + orange + shaved fennel + walnuts + radicchio + garden leaves (GF).
