Shellharbour City Council We have been very grateful for the use of the training area at Albion Park for our Learn to Tow Road Safety initiatives. Council agreed to let us use this area in the past, free of charge, for which we are very grateful. Road Safety matters and caravans now are a huge safety issue on our roads. I do hope council will continue this generosity and help us make our roads safer. Everyone, please feel free to let council know how much you'd appreciate their support continuing. IMPORTANT NEWS
I wanted to make this announcement early for those of you considering traveling with us next year. We restarted this business 3 years ago and our first year was amazing. We've gained many new, very loyal customers, especially our women. The last two years have been extremely difficult. Wet weather resulted in many cancellations in 2023 and in 2024, every tour operator and many camper trailer manufacturers are struggling due to decreased demand. We don't know if it is cost of living or shifting demographics, but we can't do another touring season like 2024. Our training business has been hugely successful but the tour business in 2024 is not great. I also have had a number of health concerns that need addressing if I wish to continue traveling remote areas. For this reason, I have made the difficult decision to have a year off (2025) from touring and concentrate on our training. The exception will be commissioned tours. If you would like to commission a tour between June 1 and July 31 2025, contact us. Conditions apply. Minimum 6 vehicles. We will be back in 2025 with more tours. We think this offers our prospective customers time to recover from the economic downturn and to save and prepare for an exciting 2026. Thank you again to all of our loyal customers. We'll be back.

There'll be no more Wilkinkurra Pintubi trip as this road is now closed. **KIWIRRKURRA TO BALGO TRACK CLOSED**
Traditional Owners from Kiwirrkurra and Ngururrpa Indigenous Protected Areas have closed the Kiwirrkurra to Balgo track- which travels through both IPAs - to the general public. This applies to both directions. No permits are being given to drive this track but unfortunately we have seen lots of tourists travelling this road recently. This decision has been made for people's safety, thank you for respecting our decision.
Please stick to the main road on Kiwirrkurra IPA and send us a message if you are ever unsure! Permits to travel the main Kiwirrkurra/ Gary Junction road can be found on the Tjamu Tjamu website
