We decided to add a little bit more indoor space by closing in the bottom patio, as the home did not have a living or dining area. DOESN'T IT LOOK AMAZIMG SO FAR.....and more space to spend with friends and family.

Patio to be built out from here and with the large luxurious to be upstairs patio this home is a home you will never want to leave 😄😄😄🤗🤗🤗

Not only do we have a gorgeous spot by the canal, the space is now usable for families that want to enjoy some time by the water. A perfect picnic spot 🍍🍎🍔 and place for the kiddies to play.

Vaughn and his team from Fastfix Services in South Yunderup have done an amazing job and created a bulkhead ceiling in the upstairs parent retreat / lounge room. They have changed door frames around for us, gyprocked, preped for painting, widened entrance ways, changed the way the stairs go, added and repaired ceilings and are about to install new internal doors.... Quay on Allambi is coming to life 😉
