We decided to add a little bit more indoor space by closing in the bottom patio, as the home did not have a living or dining area. DOESN'T IT LOOK AMAZIMG SO FAR.....and more space to spend with friends and family.

Patio to be built out from here and with the large luxurious to be upstairs patio this home is a home you will never want to leave 😄😄😄🤗🤗🤗

Windows and our beautiful large sliding doors made by All Aussie Alluminium.

We chose Fastfix Services to supply and install this gorgeous vertical exterior cladding to be painted in a stunning white.

Canal front done right ... thanks to in for supplying and installing our amazing new lawn to the canal side. Best service and we highly recommend for all synthetic lawns.

Not only do we have a gorgeous spot by the canal, the space is now usable for families that want to enjoy some time by the water. A perfect picnic spot 🍍🍎🍔 and place for the kiddies to play.

Update on the kitchen side....we decided to go with the grooves in the stone top and.......we love it!!!!

We are considering adding that extra luxurious touch to the kitchen by including these drainer grooves in the stone top.

What are you thoughts on this???

We have chosen a similar stone top with a black square undermount sink - the house is finally coming to life.

More progress taking place 🙌🙌

✅Tiling has started to the floors in the main living / kitchen areas - more to be done over the weekend - Tiles are from Ultimate Bathroom & Home Renovations 600 x 600mm in Washed Light Grey at $32inc gst per m2
Tiling being completed through JS Decor Yi Zhang

✅ Vaughn from Fastfix Services has now installed these amazing new interior doors - This will complete the look perfectly. Doors are from Bunnings Warehouse Australia - we can't wait for them to be painted and finished.

✅ Earthworks is due to start next Wednesday - whole site to be excavated, set up for concrete and the new patio 😁

Hopefully another month and we may be ready to go yay!!!

Works are full steam ahead! This week so far we have

*Had all the aspestos fencing removed
*Canal side fencing installed
*Colorbond fencing installed down one side
*The internal stairwell cut out and moved to create an entrance to the parent retreat
*Electrical works started
*Air cons delivered to site ready for installation
*Plumbing for main bathroom started
*Tile selections completed and delivered
*Blocks laid to canal frontage - half way there.
