We've had a change of dates and Christmas is available again! We have from the start of the School holidays until 30 December available, then 16 to 24 Jan available. Over the holidays there is a 5 night minimum, $200 p/n. The house is only accessible by boat, but we also have a 4.5m ali dinghy for hire. I've opened the dates up on Stayz and Air Bnb so get quick :)
