Spring is starting to look amazing 🤩 in our gardens. Maggie is back to keep an eye on me while I paint.
Hopefully I’ll be finished the bulk of it by next week.
Bookings will be taken for December onwards.

We are starting to take bookings for the festive season. Whilst our Reno’s are still underway, we will finally be finished for the holiday season.

I can’t wait to update our listing with the new images. Renovated bathroom, freshly painted outside and lots of new furnishings.
Hopefully I’ll get time to plant my flowers so our cottage really shines in Summer.

My hand stitched hearts are a popular gift for bereavement and can be custom made for you.
I can even stitch pet / human hair into them, as well as use your own preloved textiles that holds meaningful memories for you.

They take me around 4 to 5 hrs to make and I see positive affirmations of love and healing into each one.

As of 2023 we will no longer offer pet friendly accommodation for holidays.
Put simply, it is just to hard. While we have had many guests that have listened to our house rules and done right by us, to many others have not. So sadly we will no longer take pets at our property.

Looking good 👍 so green and so many flowering plants. Stuarts Point is the perfect location to have a chilled relaxing holiday.

We still have vacancies up until early December. Then we are heavily booked till mid January 2023.

Our First guests for the New Year are enjoying their holiday with beautiful Market a Mini Schnauzer.
You all know I’m a dog advocate and lover, but this breed is a genuine favourite of mine.
Perhaps I’ll find her at the cottage with a bow and a gift card lol 😂 NOT!
Stuarts Point beach is usually almost deserted and a wonderful walk as it is kilometres long.
But if your taking a long walk with your dog, remember to bring water, hat, sunscreen and something to let the dogs have a drink as well.

Pet friendly - simple vintage 1940s cottage in a great location opposite the river and refurbished family friendly park.

Yes that’s me, my humans took us for a holiday at LRC and we had a great time.
We live to swim, walk, and play on the beach, so this holiday was perfect for us. Oh, and my humans wanted a quiet relaxing holiday and they got that too.

Our ☀️ Sun Flowers 🌸 will make a welcoming entrance to LRC this Christmas. The rain is helping to keep our garden watered and looking wonderful and green. Our herbs and Veges are growing to.
We will also be getting Airbnb out of our lives for good! You’ll find us on who we have never had a problem with. Airbnb insist you take any and all booking requests, even when the group don’t fit our requirements. If you don’t take them, they block the dates on you, and even threaten to fine you ! Great hey.
Goodbye won’t come soon enough for me.

I love these cut out door ways. When I saw them I thought, yep, this place is for me.
Almost two years ago I spend endless hours pulling up and removing the old carpet and pulling all the staples out of the floor, before getting the hardwood floors re sanded.
What a crazy difference that made. Our guests who have just left, and visited LRC before said they felt like they were in a different house. They loved all our Reno’s.
