Supported by our old mate this will be a night not to be missed. We’re keeping ticket allocations small and intimate, so jump on and grab your tickets before they get snapped up!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mums out there today! ❤️🥂
We thought it appropriate to make the next in our ‘Meet the Team’ series our very own Mum, Lynnie 🥰

Mum has always been our greatest support and our biggest hero. No matter what our next hare brained idea or dream may be, Mum encourages us to chase it with gusto, and is there right beside us to ensure we achieve it.

She is the first face that greets you at the winery, and most of you will have been on the receiving end of one of her cheeky jokes, or hilarious (bordering on inappropriate! 😆) stories.

She is the most empathetic person we know with the biggest golden heart. She is the kindest most generous mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, friend, wife & sister there is. Always going above and beyond, to make someone’s day a little brighter and happier.

She’s the best cook in the family, with the keenest wine nose in the land. Having worked for Brown Brothers for 15 years and then wrangled into working for us, she loves to chat (and drink!) all things vino and today we’ll be enjoying a glass of the good stuff with her to celebrate.

We love you Mum and we thank you for all that you do for us and our little families 😘🥰❤️🥂

As the weather becomes a little cooler and the first fire was lit this week, we’ve found ourselves reaching for the reds.

We get asked a lot which is our favourite, and we have to say that it’s not only ours but the stats are in and it’s officially your’s too!

Our Miss Sophia Sangiovese was our biggest selling red this last 6 months and we know why. With a rich Italian heritage, & plump cherry and chocolate notes, she really lives up to the hype.

Next up in our ‘Meet the Crew’ series is none other than our beautiful weddings co-ordinator Rikki 🥰

Rarely have we come across someone more suited to their role. Rikki has quickly become an integral part of the winery work family, bringing her empathy, attention to detail, work ethic, & creative smarts to every task & every couple who is lucky enough to work with her. We feel so lucky to have her on our team & below you’ll find her answers to the same 5 questions we ask everyone:

1. Your favourite tipple?
I can’t go past the Rosé, but I’m also a Miss Sophia girl. I also can’t say no to a Prosecco… I like to indulge, what can I say?!

2. Your favourite hangover ‘go-to’ on the menu?
Deluxe fries. Absolutely. Plus or minus a potato pizza.

3. How did you come to work at the winery?
I applied for a different role in the company at the right time. Well technically the wrong time, as the role I was going for had just been filled. Luckily for me Nick & Mish thought I’d be a good fit for the weddings & events co-ordinator position, and when they offered it to me, I jumped at it. I’ve loved every moment of it since.

My favourite part of the job is not only helping and ensuring couples have the absolute best day ever, but it’s the moment they enter into the reception, surrounded with everyone they love under the one roof, celebrating their love. That may never happen again & it’s just such a euphoric moment that everyone deserves to experience. I love being a part of making that moment happen.

4. Share the best piece of advice someone has ever given you.
“Treat people how they want to be treated.”

Essentially it means treat everyone with kindness. But I think truly understanding how those close to you (partners, friends, family) feel loved, appreciated, seen, heard & understood is priceless.

4. What’s the wildest customer request you’ve ever received at work?
A customer (aka, a friend) at my previous workplace, asked me to come back to their place for a drink to meet their friend…
I did go back, & I did meet their friend…….
I’ve now been in an incredible relationship with said friend for over 2 years. Pretty happy I said yes to that customer request! 🥰🥂

is located in the picturesque pocket of Ventnor on Phillip Island. It’s creators have worked hard to ensure the venue really does cater to all. With 3 acres of vines on site, a cosy restaurant for up to 50 guests, their spectacular Atrium with open fire place, and bar area with seating up to 130.

From wine tasting in the beautiful cellar door over looking the ocean, lunch in one of their three different dining spaces, or shopping up a storm in our providore and giftware store ‘The Yards’, it’s a venue that you really can spend all day at.

We were super excited last week after being named in the ‘Top 50 restaurants in Australia’ through the Open Table restaurants of the year awards! 👏🥂

Culled from over 110,000 verified diner reviews and dining metrics including diner ratings, percentage of reservations made in advance, and five-star reviews, the list highlights some of the top spots favoured by diners on Open Table this year.

Winners from each state were announced with just 17 of the top 50 coming from Victoria. Among our peers were Donavans in St Kilda, Brown Brothers in Milawa, & Vue De Monde in the CBD.

One of the favourites on our menu at the moment is our beautiful fish 🙌 finished with a delicate Burmese coconut sauce and crispy fish crackling, it pairs beautifully with our Pinot Grigio 👌 Still a couple of spots left for lunch today!
