Welcome. This page is about my spare room that I have made available for short term rental. Enjoy anything from 1 night to 2 weeks. (or longer by negotiation if available). We are on the Maroochy canal and only 400 metres from the mighty Maroochy River where there is great fishing, water sports (from jet skis and SUPs to BBQ party boats) and even a sea plane flight to enjoy. Within a 5 to 15min drive are the beaches of Cotton Tree, Maroochydore, Alexandria Headland and Mooloolabah. I will be posting about these fun activities, great places to eat, and other places to visit and enjoy while on the Sunshine Coast. As we establish you will see guest photos and reviews. My place may be small but what the locality has to offer is massive!!
