Room - s with a view, Phillip Island Beach house, fits 3 families in fantastic location in Surf Beach, Phillip Island. Fantastic beach house in prime location. Easily sleeping three families.

Garage is set up as a great fun space for kids or as a guys get away, including, lounges and table tennis. Flat screen digital TV and DVD player. Still room to park the car, boat or bikes if required. (Please advise)

Enormous rear deck, soak up the sun, or pour yourself a wine whilst you enjoy the gorgeous views of the rolling hills and water. Partially roofed so you can escape the heat or rain

(it is Melbourne after all)! New BBQ and two large outdoor dining tables. Short walk to Surf beach and local shop (licensed). Main lounge features large flat screen digital tv with dvd player. Huge bay windows with magnificent views over the stunning Sunderland Bay. Please call or email for bed configuration. As we can rearrange to accommodate families with infants etc. Great for large groups or can accommodate two or three families. Right in the middle of the Island at Surf Beach you have it all. Only 15 mins by car to San Remo and Cowes, bus stop at your door stop. Walk to fully licensed local store and great surf beach. At low tide the rock pools provide hours of enjoyment for the kids while you sit back and relax. This house has a large living areas and is very clean. We take pride in our house and hope that you will too. Linen provided at $50 per bed as a one off charge
