This week is HUG A BREWER WEEK !

Well we are not saying it's official but we think it should be and that is why we are featuring the faces behind the beer, the Brewers!

They are the Magicians of Malt, the Hipsters of Hops, the Yoda's of Yeast and they are the ones that make the delicious beers that you drink, so let's give them some love.

Like all good Aussie brewers Steve started brewing with a Coopers kit in his spare room. He quickly started drying hopping extract tins and experimenting with wort kits and liquid yeast before setting up an all-grain system in the garage.

His commercial brewing started with a 10 hectolitre system at Resin Brewing but he know runs Swordfish Brewing. He loves brewing (and sampling) all styles of beer from Lagers through to Hazy's and everything in between.

So why not head down to your local brewery and give the brewer a hug (maybe ask first) and say thanks for the beer.
