**Volunteers Needed for 2025 Viking Festival** 👷‍♀️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
The Sussex Inlet Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to volunteer at the 2025 Viking Festival. If you can spare 3-4 hours we would appreciate your support.
There are a range of volunteer roles including:
· Help set up the festival site from Tuesday 3 June to Friday 6th June
· Help on the festival day with sales, info tent, stall and festival precinct support

If you are a volunteer you receive free entry to the festival, a lunch and drink voucher plus Viking Festival Cap.

You will receive a thorough induction and be part of an amazing Viking Festival volunteer team supporting an event that brings so many benefits to our cafes, retail, accommodation businesses and community.

🎣 Sussex Inlet Easter Kid’s Fishing Competition - Starts tomorrow

April 12–24, 2025 | FREE ENTRY!

Hosted by Sussex Inlet Fishing Club, this school holiday comp is all about fun, fishing, and great prizes for the kids!

📍 Fishing Area:
From St Georges Head to Bendalong, including Sussex Inlet, St Georges Basin & tributaries.

📸 How to Enter:

Catch a fish
Take a clear photo on a brag mat or ruler
Submit online at www.sussexinletfishingclub.com.au/kids
OR Bring it to weigh-in at Lions Park Boat Ramp, 1–2 PM Saturday & Sunday.

🐠 Target Species Include:
Flathead, Dusky Flathead, Bream, Drummer, Snapper, Salmon, Leatherjacket, Mullet, Luderick, Tailor, and Mulloway.

📏 Weigh-In Limit:
Up to 3 of each species per day can be submitted!
