Creating Magical Ceremonies - Carolyn Harrop

Creating Magical Ceremonies - Carolyn Harrop Creating Magical Ceremonies provides couples with a personal, innovative and professional ceremony. Thank you for taking the time to click on to my page.

As a celebrant since 2008 I have now over 14 years experience and have conducted over 400 weddings and I think I am one of the luckiest people in the world because I absolutely love being a celebrant. I have met such lovely couples who I have been able to help plan a wedding ceremony that is uniquely their own and on the day I get just as excited as the couple do about their wedding. I pride mysel

f on being innovative and able to provide personal ceremonies that aren't a copy of anyone else's because no two couples are the same. I have a mipro PA system that plays cd's or we can use your phone and so I can provide music at any location without the need for any power as my system is battery powered. I also wear a headset that allows everyone attending to hear every word of the ceremony no matter where we are located. Ask me to explain more about this. I am happy to travel anywhere to any location that you decide to be married at and always suggest that we have a rehearsal the night before so that on the day everything goes like clockwork and that means there is so much less stress. If I can help you in any way with any ideas then please give me a ring on 0428302040. The minimum notice you must give before the date of your marriage is one month but because I like to write individual ceremonies I need to see you as soon as possible before the date. I have some information that I am happy to pass on to you to help you with your planning and have books that may help with your ceremony choices that I will lend you. So, if I can help you in any way then please give me a call on 0428302040 or email me at [email protected]. If you leave a message on my phone I promise to get back to you as soon as I can. Cheers
Carolyn

There are many types of celebrations in life. For one very strong lady the last two weeks have been the most beautiful but also the most devastating. On January 19, we celebrated the marriage of Carol and John McAllister as they finally got to say their “I do’s). Sadly just 5 short days later the love of Carol’s life John passed away. Today at the Grain Shed we celebrated John’s life and through all of this with the loving support of both families Carol has remained strong to make sure John was honoured. Hopefully I hope I helped that happen and most importantly I hope I did John proud. Fly free John.

Weddings are usually a whirlwind of emotions at any time but today’s wedding was one of the most emotional, beautiful and most precious I have done. Today we fulfilled John’s wish to marry the love of his life Carol up at palliative care with ALL of their combined kids present. Such a super day for John and Carol. What their marriage may lack in longevity is made up by the love that surrounded them today. It took me 15 years of nagging for me to finally introduce for the very first time Mr & Mrs McAllister. Congratulations to you both.

Last Saturday, January 4 on what can only be described as a ridiculously hot day at over 40C Cooper and Khalifa pledged to love one another forever. Located on Khalia’s family dairy farm at Yarroweyah near Tocumwal nestled between the family home and their fantastic crop of corn we all gathered. Sorry the photos are a bit ordinary of the 6 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 3 flower girls and 1 pageboy as the heat made my phone go black and I couldn’t see a thing. I love going to new areas and meeting lovely people and the guests at this wedding were fantastic. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Harris.

Funerals:
I have been asked whether or not I still do funerals.
The answer is YES I still do funerals.
My preferred time is a Friday afternoon funeral but if I have availability I will help on another day.

Beautiful day for a wedding but just a tad windy. Where am I today Mark?? Bet you can’t guess where this little gem is?

Yesterday was an early start for a road trip to Robinvale to finally unite Robert and Aree as man and wife. They have been together for many years before deciding to take their relationship to the next level. A very special group of family and friends witnessed their promises to each other. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Menz. I have known them both for many years so this was very special.

Last Saturday on a day that was a little ordinary weather wise didn’t dampen the celebration of Nathan and Alyce in the backyard of their lovely home. A large crowd of family, friends and Ambos were there to help them celebrate well into the night. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Dunstone.
