His registration number is 0637372. Raymond earned a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). His thesis for Refugee Law and Practise at UTS was on section 33AA of the Australian Citizenship Act 2007 (Cth) with the title, “Section 33AA v terrorism: An assassination of the rule of law?”
Raymond also studied a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practise
at Western Sydney University. He has a keen interest in International Humanitarian Law (IHL), International Criminal Law (ICL), and other international legal instruments and their applications in refugee, humanitarian, and all other aspects of Australian migration laws affecting visa and citizenship applications and cancellations regimes under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) and the Migration Regulations 1994, especially those involving children.
