Anyone who gets others to work selling their product for no outlay of course would make a huge profit. Anyone who gets others to process their passengers/clients credits for no outlay would then increase that whopping profit further.
Qantas come on.
Why don't you tell the public the truth that you no longer and haven't for a long time paid ONE CENT to travel agents for selling your airline. You have gained the commission of every travel agent in Australia into your profit coffers. An absolute disgrace. it is travel agents who put the bums on your seats for NO PAYMENT. NO COMMISSION. Do you believe that's the Australian way?
What a disgrace. I have recently heard where a large % of agents will no longer sell your airline and they are advising their clients that they should deal direct with you and Agents will take care of the land arrangements AS hotels, tour operators, insurance companies etc still recognise that agents deserve to be paid.

What a way to treat those who have helped keep your airline operational for so many years. I ask that when you announce this profit to the public that you tell the teal story!
