VS Oceania

VS Oceania A travel agency focusing on educational services for language and cultural exchange in AUS and JPN The friendships formed will last a lifetime.

Our multilingual team provides the appropriate care for our students and their visit to Australia and Japan. Our goal is to ensure that our students' experience is a pleasant and memorable one. Our horizons are reconstructed and extended from being exposed to other ways of living and being. Here, new opportunities to appreciate and further advance learning experiences can be found whether in an Au

stralian and/or Japanese school. VS Oceania's trained staff cater for the students' needs at any time of their stay in Australia and Japan. We make all the necessary arrangements for each student in a visiting group to be allocated to a host family prior to their arrival in Australia/Japan. Staying with a host family provides the students a rare opportunity to experience the Australian (or Japanese) culture and see life from a different angle. The feedback from families and their intercultural narratives have shown that hosting a study tour student is a mutually beneficial experience to their own perspectives and understanding of their own culture. We also organise tours to Japan for Australian students. We are an accredited travel agency and can arrange all your domestic and international travel. Feel free to reach out to us! We look forward to assisting you with your education and/or travel experience!

Hi all

A group of Japanese students from Osaka Prefecture is visiting Stella Maris College in Manly from March 17th to 24th 2025.

Want to experience the Japanese culture right at your doorstep? Our Japanese neighbours are eagerly awaiting to meet you.
The students are aged 15 -16 years old. You don't have to have children to host. This opportunity is available to anyone willing to open their home to our students.
Host families are reimbursed $55 per night per student for expenses.
You provide all meals (they eat what you eat) including sending them to school with a packed lunch and morning tea. Families normally spend the weekend bringing the students along to the children’s sport, going for a walk/hike a trip to a local attraction or a visit to a reptile park or similar. Oh, and they love shopping for souvenirs.
They just want to experience life in Australia, be involved in family life, and improve their spoken English. You don't have to speak Japanese (in fact they prefer it if you don't)
Please feel free to DM us with your email address for more details.
Alternatively, you can also reach us via email at [email protected] or call us on 02 9889 4366.
Hope to see you hosting soon!

It's always sad to say goodbye! We farewelled our visitors from Shinagawa Etoile Girls High School in Japan with a few tears. The College would like to thank the families from our College who generously hosted these girls enabling such a positive experience to be enjoyed by everyone.

Japanese Sister School Visit

We welcomed students from our Japanese sister school, Bunka Girls' High School in Tokyo, for their 31st exchange visit. The visit was filled with joy and cultural exchange, highlighted by a beautiful bilingual performance from the Japanese students in assembly. We look forward to the lasting connections and memories this partnership brings.
