Travel Advisory for International Passengers Entering the Philippines. Updated as of January 28, 2022; 7PM

Effective February 1, 2022, fully vaccinated arriving Filipino citizens, Balikbayan under RA6768 and foreign nationals with valid and existing visas regardless of origin shall be allowed to enter the Philippines and shall no longer be required to observe mandatory facility-based quarantine as long as they are able to present a negative result of an RT-PCR test taken forty-eight (48) hours before arrival.

Effective February 10, 2022, fully vaccinated foreign nationals from visa-free countries, traveling for leisure, will be accepted, and will also no longer be required to undergo quarantine as long as they are able to present a negative result of an RT-PCR test taken forty-eight (48) hours before arrival.

Visa-free countries include the following Cebu Pacific stations:
• Australia
• Brunei
• Indonesia
• Japan
• Malaysia
• Singapore
• South Korea
• Thailand
• United Arab Emirates
• Vietnam

The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days:
1. Holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative (SAR) passports
2. Holders of Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports

The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding seven (7) days:
1. Holders of Macau-Portuguese passports
2. Holders of Hong Kong British passports

Effective February 16, 2022, other foreign nationals from all other countries will also be allowed to enter the Philippines with additional guideline and requirements, including full vaccination.

Please be informed that airlines will now be asking for 2 valid ID's upon check-in, this maybe due to the increasing number of passengers using fraudulent tickets and falsified ID.Please also be reminded that using issued tickets under other guest's name may be charged with civil and criminal action under existing law and may face imprisonment for up to 20 years. Only arriving Filipinos from "Red" List countries are permitted to enter the Philippines as of October 14, 2021.

All passengers, merely transiting through a “Red” List country shall not be considered as having come from or having been to said country if they stayed in the airport the whole time and were not cleared for entry into such country by its immigration authorities.

Requirements include a Valid ID, a confirmed booking in an accommodation duly registered by the Department of Tourism (DOT) for at least 2 nights, and a negatuve result for RT- PCR Test or COVID-19 Saliva Test taken within 48 hours from arrival. Children 17 years old and below are exempted from taking a COVID-19 test.

IATF, nagpatupad ng bagong quarantine policies sa mga indibidwal na manggagaling sa yellow at green list countries and territories sa bisa ng IATF Resolution No. 142.

Effective from Oct. 8 :
Ang mga fully vaccinated na manggagaling sa yellow at green list countries ay isasailalim sa facility-based quarantine at isasailalim sa RT-PCR test sa ika-limang araw. Oras na lumabas ang negatibong resulta, maari na silang mag home quarantine hanggang sa ika-sampung araw ng kanilang quarantine.

Samantala, ang mga unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, at mga hindi makumpirma ang kanilang vaccination status ay isasailalim rin sa facility-based quarantine at kailangang sumailalim sa RT-PCR testing sa ika-pitong araw ng kanilang quarantine.
