Arrosticini Born and raised in Australia in an Abruzzese family, my DNA looks like a bunch of Arrosticini.

An Italian citizen but growing up and living in Australia - we only spoke dialect at home. Our parents took us on family holidays to Abruzzo every couple of years, mostly to see our grandparents and stay with relatives. Fondest memories of our trips back was the food - Abruzzese food is so simple and basic, yet we long for it - must be in our DNA. Lamb skewers cooked over charcoal on a special gri
