Mystery Flights continue to get great feedback from our satisfied Customers – as well as regular requests for us to offer some Mystery Flights International packages.

As a result, we are now pleased to offer some International Mystery Flights Overseas packages.

Here are some of the key points:

• Destinations are to Asia and Pacific Countries.
• There are NO EXCLUSIONS on these Overseas Packages
• Comprehensive Insurance is MANDATORY for these packages.
Mystery Flights will take out the Insurance Policy for you. The Pricing will be based on the
Information supplied to us (e.g. any Pre Existing Medical conditions?)
• Package pricing will depend on: the requested dates of travel (4 nights – 9 nights).
(*Pricing is based on Twin Share Per Person ONLY. Single Packages are not available).
• All Bookings are subject to Availability, for the dates requested.
• Departures are from: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth
• With Australian Passports a Visa is not required at most of these destinations.
For all other Passports you would need to call the office to discuss requirements.
• The Package includes: Return Direct Flights, Checked in Luggage and Carry-on Bags
per person, Minimum 4 Star Accommodation, Breakfast and Return Transfers from
Destination Airport to Hotel and back to Airport.

Once the package is booked – it cannot be changed at all under any circumstances, apart from situations covered by the Comprehensive Insurance Policy.

Went with the deluxe package & couldn't be happier, the whole weekend was wonderful with amazing service all round. We booked a 2-night package & we had a full weekend arriving in beautiful Cairns before lunch time on our day & didn't depart till late afternoon on departure day. Our driver Brian was wonderful, very accommodating & helpful.

We stayed at the Hilton, which was first class with top customer service, we couldn't believe when we walked in for our included breakfast, all you can eat & such a variety. The information brochure was really convenient, where we visited the large Aquarium, casino & did some beautiful walks around Cairns.

Thank-you for such an amazing weekend.”

We had the 3 night mystery flight and ended up in Hobart. Our voucher expired due to covid but they kindly honoured it any way. They send out your details a few days prior to the flight and its up to you if you open it. Otherwise all you know is flight times and numbers. We chose to wait and didn't know our destination until searching for our flight number on the airport departures board which was super exciting.

They gave us the option of early morning and night flights to maximise our time there. The hotel was excellent with views out over the water, the little suggested itinerary that came with our posted flight details was really helpful. We chose to hire a car but they do include airport transfers. We had a great time and would HIGHLY recommend. We will definitely do it again!

Fringe has every type of experience you can think of: Free outdoor events; State of the art VR experiences; and Sensory-reduced, completely accessible, award-winning children's theatre.

Festival ambassadors include comedians Nazeem Hussain and Diana Nguyen.

The worldwide premiere of 'Sky Song' at Adelaide Showgrounds is a first-of-its-kind drone art show, incorporating hundreds of drones flying in majestic formations during narration from Archie Roach. This will be one of Fringe's major highlights, taking audiences on a journey of technology, First Nations stories, music and poetry.

Also ready to be marveled at is 'Electric Dreams', a festival of immersive storytelling exploring the lines between art and technology. You can experience VR swings on the lawns of the South Australian Museum, or cycle through the streets with Blast Theory's Rider Spoke.

Qantas announcement introducing a range of new measures, which will be available once normal domestic travel resumes.

"As Australian domestic and trans-Tasman travel restrictions are expected to ease, Qantas is introducing a range of new measures, which will be available once normal travel resumes.

These include:

Pre flight
• Information sent to all customers before they fly,
• Contactless check-in and self-serve bag drop.
• Social distancing at boarding and disembarking
• Self scanning of boarding passes.
• Hand sanitising stations throughout the terminal & gates.
• Regular disinfection of security screening points.

Onboard the plane
• Enhanced cleaning of aircraft.
• Masks will be provided to all passengers.
• Sanitising wipes given to all passengers.
• Simplified service and catering to minimise touchpoints.
• Passengers to limit movement, once seated.

Once onboard the aircraft, the risk of inflight transmission is extremely low.

The air conditioning systems of all Qantas and Jetstar aircraft are already fitted with hospital-grade HEPA filters, which remove 99.9% of all particles including viruses. The air inside the cabin is also refreshed every few minutes, ensuring the highest possible quality of cabin air.

To ensure you can book with confidence, we are introducing further flight flexibility.

Domestic Australia:
Customers can book any Qantas or Jetstar Australian domestic flight between 21 May and 30 June 2020, for travel between 12 June 2020 to 31 October 2020 and we will waive the change fee one time if you decide to change the date of your travel. When you're ready to rebook, you'll need to cover any fare increase in your new booking.

International flight credit extension:
We have also introduced further flexibility for customers with international bookings. Customers with an existing Qantas or Jetstar international flight booking (excluding Trans-Tasman), for travel between 1 August and 31 October 2020 who wish to change their plans, can cancel their booking and retain the full value as a Qantas flight credit or Jetstar credit voucher. Flight credits must be requested by 30 June 2020 and are valid for booking and travel by 31 December 2021. Jetstar credit vouchers allow up to two years to travel from issue date.

In the instance that your flight is cancelled by us, we will rebook you on the next available flight to your booked destination, at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you can choose a flight credit or a refund. For more information on booking changes and other options click here.
