Cold Brewjito ☀️ the ultimate summer refresher

With summer in full swing, there’s no better way to cool down than with our super tasty cold brewjito recipe, made using our specialty coffee concentrate. Check out how to enjoy this one at home.

Ingredients:
- 90mL Coffee Concentrate
- 60mL Soda Water
- 15mL Simple Syrup
- Fresh Lime Juice to taste
- 2 to 4 Mint Leaves

Instructions:
1. Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker*
2. Add ice, concentrate, simple syrup and lime juice and shake*
3. Pour over ice into your glass of choice
4. Top with soda water, give her a gentle stir and sip away

Feely fruity? Give our tropical twist a go by swapping half of the soda water for pineapple juice. She’s delish.

Coffee of choice: Long Black or Cold Brew

We couldn’t close out 2024 without giving a shout out to Mimi, so we’re stoked to anoint her as our Barista of the Month.

A long-time legend at Pasture of Balmoral, Mimi is a true coffee aficionado. Even on days off, you’re likely to find her out enjoying breakkie and a cuppa at a new cafe. Some might call it an obsession, we just chalk it up to market research.

Mimi is arguably the best barista in all of Mosman - not only for her mean brewing skills, but because she genuinely cares for and remembers local’s names and orders. It’s a little thing, but sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference.

So what are you waiting for? Treat yourself to an end of the year cuppa made by the one and only Mimi.

To no surprise, Kimmy is known around the cafe for her steady pour, slinging brews with 10/10 latte art. When she’s not hustling at work, she enjoys hosting parties at home with her close mates, so you can bet she knows her way around a good time.
