Our team of experienced travel consultants ensures that our clients have the best travel experiences while taking care of all their travel arrangements.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel management services to clients, including creating travel arrangements and reservations. The consultant will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their travel needs and preferences are met or exceeded in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
Experience in creating travel arrangements and reservations
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and GDS systems
Attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is strongly preferred
