Our Story
Mirri Mirri is an Aboriginal owned company. The word Mirri Mirri originates from the Kamilaroi language and translates as ‘star.’ Established in 2009 by co-founders Paul Sinclair and Jade Rose, Mirri Mirri began as a media production company creating programs for National Indigenous Television. During this period, we met many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth and recognised a need to support their learning in the areas of culture, leadership, resilience and opportunity. This ignited a passion for education which remains one of the driving forces for our business.
Today we deliver a range of services to sectors including disability, corporate, government and not-for-profit. We build e-learning platforms, deliver face-to-face training, create resources that support participant learning and connect organisations with Aboriginal communities. We are recognised leaders in the areas of education, consultancy, media and team building.
Mirri Mirri’s multi-platformed approach sets us apart and makes us the one-stop shop for all your needs.
