Global Village Travel - Balmain A World of Experience - Member of Traveller's Choice Lineajohn Pty Ltd, was established in 1992 by Owner Manager, Heidi Kervinen and her husband.

Prior to starting as the independent travel agency, Global Village Travel we traded as an independently owned and operated franchisee agency of the Harvey World Travel Franchise for about 10 years in Balmain and about 1 year in West Gosford. Following the public float of the Harvey World Franchise company and a subsequent increase in our costs of being aligned to a franchise organization, we chose

to depart from the franchise group and established ourselves as Global Village Travel and joined with the independent travel cooperative Travellers Choice who offer us the support and services that gives us competitive strength to benefit our customers. Heidi has worked in travel for many years. Starting in the 70s with Grace Bros Travel, later Traveland and short periods with British Airways and State Bank in NSW. Our office is supported by very capable consultants who can offer and plan tailor made itineraries as well as exciting packages, so you can feel at ease being a Global Village Traveler. Service is the most important part of our business and keeping up with the latest technology ensures that we are able to be at the leading edge of opportunity and information which allows us to continue to offer you the best service and competitive prices. Since opening in 1994, we have served variety of clients from many walks of life, retail and corporate, as well as visitors to our country. We have many new and repeat customers booking with us from Europe and USA. If customer referrals are a barometer of doing it right, we believe we have met or exceeded customer expectations time and again.

So much fun at our annual conference , networking with suppliers and the tc family. Fabulous presentation by Geoff Ramm and Christine was a great MC ! Learned a lot from face to face contact and also so many new, fresh ideas. Looking forward to another fantastic year ahead.

Our beautiful city lighted up the botanical gardens! Visited there once Vivid finished in the city.
