The Paragon Qld Crew have been working on another flagship project in partnership with our client VAE Group on a Hutchinson Builders Project installing the chilled and condenser water pipework. This will provide a quality system to support the building's air conditioning in the plaza, restaurants, and roof terraces located in the Brisbane CBD.

We have just completed our works with AMS at link at Langley, the new IGA and future shop fronts at Perth East.
To complete the works, we installed 26 HHW and CHW FCU’s, replaced risers throughout the existing building, diverted mains including Hot Taps and pipe Freeze’s. We worked closely with the client AMS Installation & Maintenance Solutions and building management to ensure we didn't impact the existing tenants.
