A+ Design Group Architecture, Interior Design and Urban Strategy We are constantly pushing the boundaries to assist clients in achieving their project goals.

We foster an atmosphere of collaboration in our office, encouraging the exchange of ideas through continuous research. We have an impressive range of projects ranging from master planning, urban design, hotel and resort, through to mixed-use residen

tial apartment and luxury private residence, seniors living, aged care and retirement village facility refurbishment. Architecture

Our focus is luxury residences and high density mixed-use residential projects. Our design is about stimulating the senses, nurturing the imagination and building a strong platform for future memories. We have the passion, the commitment and the expertise to challenge conventional ideas and create architecture that defines new possibilities in the future market place. Hotel Interiors

Our focus is on hotel and resort projects. Our commitment to design excellence coupled with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving is essential in an industry that sees hotel brands continually trying to outdo each other. a+ design group have headed up many iconic resort projects including Hayman Island, Emirates Wolgan Valley Blue Mountains NSW, Saffire Resort & Spa Freycinet, Tasmania and Hyatt Coolum Resort Maroochydore QLD. Hotel Brokerage

With Australia’s under-supply of accommodation rooms, a+ hotel brokerage capitalises on the unique hotel market opportunity to solicit the highest income potential from a long list of hotel operators who are desperate to increase their property portfolios. a+ hotel brokerage services provide unbiased advisory of hotel brands through feasibility studies identifying variable environmental factors and forecasting potential revenue. a+ hotel brokerage also provides advice into the sales and marketing of your hotel asset, and project management in setting up your hotel or serviced apartment.

‘No Gaps’ approach

Through the collaboration between our architects and interior designers, we can offer a ‘no gaps’ delivery for developments. Unlike traditional design delivery which focuses on the front of house interior design only, we can also provide back of house areas services if required. This could be as simple as documentation, technical specifications through to full planning, and consultant coordination. Multi-lingual capability

Our multi-lingual capability gives us the flexibility to provide our services to a multicultural market around the globe. We understand the culture and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, making for a seamless design experience with this added dimension.

NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for us all to recognise the rich heritage, contributions, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders all over Australia. This year's NAIDOC Week 2024 Theme, 'Keeping the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud' celebrates the enduring strength and vitality of First Nations peoples, the flames symbolic of connection to country, each other, and long-lasting, rich traditions. Fire is a resilient element, its attributes thought of as essential to transformation, safety, and sparking creativity to burn bright for generations to come. Design tells a story, and by recognising how design can unite communities in reflecting the narratives of the land, the history, and the people – we form a bridge connecting us to the past, thereby deepening cultural understanding. Architecture plays a unique role in this process, acting as a vessel for cultural richness, and a medium for connection.

At A+ Design Group, our design philosophy strives to create spaces which resonate with people, our designs transcending just buildings to become places of celebration of heritage and community. By blending the traditional with the modern, our projects can foster a shared appreciation for the history that shapes our present and future. A+ Design Group is excited to reflect on our past projects integrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art into innovative design and building façades. Partaking in a design for the Riverside Theatre in Parramatta, we developed a towering mirror artwork on a conference centre situated by the Parramatta River – the 'Meeting Place'. Collaborating with Danny Eastwood Aboriginal Art, a member of the Indigenous Australian Ngemba tribe, A+ celebrates Aboriginal artists by integrating their works into the façade. This design of this centre derives from the language of the past, combining Indigenous Australian art with technology and ESD principles into a contemporary hub of innovation.

We are thrilled to announce that, following the successful final pour of the roof slab, the project has completed the structural framework up to the roof at Tara on Park. Despite discussions surrounding rising construction costs and negative sentiments about housing price increases, our A+ Design Team, characterised by sensitivity and balance, exemplifies how close collaboration can lead to success in both quality and cost. Our design team, working closely with the building team, is diligently progressing with the ground floor walls, ensuring the project remains ahead of schedule and on time and on budget for our Q4 2024 completion date. https://www.taraonpark.com.au/
