I would like to share with you one of the brief explanations about this ancient civilization that inhabited the planet thousands of years ago.

Do you have faith in The unknown?

The last month we were walking in our own darkness.

Rescuing many pieces.. our power and our own ability of following own our guidance. Of trusting that the universe is always supporting us. Is not truth that you are alone or you have been abandoned.

If sometimes things go “wrong” or not the way we expected let’s change resistance to acceptance.

If we choose to accept and we surrender to the process we can see clearly what we need to see and feel. And what we could do in each situation.

Your mind and ego will scream and will try to resiste to the change. It will create so much resistance that your body will get tense and your mind will be full of negativity. You will be heavy and tired.

But your soul is just waiting for you to choose, to choose to accept the unknown, trusting and having faith.

“What is inside of me that I need to feel?”

“Is there any other path or solutions to this experience?”

“What is the part of myself that still resists to the change?”

You probably is asking how?

Well, they said to me: feel every day what you need to feel, breath and let it go.

“Thy will be done “

Because we are guided and protected all the time.

To break the resistance is walking everyday on our own journey being who we are. In each moment. And each day the resistance will give space to the acceptance of our reality focusing on what we are creating and who we are. Not in the illusion from the past or the future.

The answer we are looking for is in our own experience. Always. Now.

I don’t know about the future but what I know with all my heart is that we can change everything with our intention and heart. If we open ourselves for it.

Hahahaha 😂 who else is like that?

We had a solar eclipse in Scorpio last Tuesday ♏️ and we are still feeling the adjustments 🔥(it goes until the next lunar eclipse on 08.11 and for the next 30 days )

Some of you can feel more tired or with a lot of energy to manifest your dreams. For everyone is unique.

Allow yourself to just receive and see it as an opportunity to let it go and make space.. allow healing to take place 👏

We talked more about it on the Live yesterday.

Basically this eclipse brought a portal of energy to release deep things of our being, shadows, fears, traumas so we can align ourselves with our truth, which is our inner guidance (free from the past, ego, pain body, shadows, expectations, family patterns , etc, and this release is individual and collective at the same time)

The famous process of letting go what doesn't serve us 😍

So my advice is to use all this energy that is showing us different aspects of ourselves to change and to rebirth 🌝

I think sometimes is in the darkness we can find our strength or the darkness creates a big call for change and make us move forward.

Let’s rebirth !

Dear diary..

I was writing here and preparing my next event for this beautiful portal coming with a full moon in Aries ❤️ I love how the universe is so perfect with its alignment and once we understand how energy works everything makes even more sense.

The message and insights that came for me this week need to be shared otherwise you know how I feel with the famous anxiety and with my throat chakra trying to heal right?

Yes, the anxiety is a sign of excitement sometimes. The pressure I’m trying to not pay attention to her anymore because she just wants my best but I don’t want on the way she wants.. this is old.. this is not in alignment and I say NO.

Ok that’s the message:

Sometimes is part of life when we don’t have clarity and we have challenges, because then we feel lost, disconnected and we make the movement to change and understand what we want from our heart.

If we are living like lalalala we don’t make the movement. It feels comfortable and we stay there for so long.

And then when we know what we want as we heal ourselves.. we let go codes…. we break free from limiting beliefs, fears and old energies that were part of our lives for so long.

Like that old shirt that you never realised is just an attachment.. is not for you anymore, but you keep it, why?

As we are the new version of ourselves… as this part of us is dying and a new one Is emerging.. we have to say NO to the distractions and old energies that sometimes will still appear as we are integrating who we are.

Since the portal 08.08 we have been changing and understanding more about our power, gifts, desires and the 10.10 came like that to me.

What is the old part of you that you can let it go?

What is not resonating anymore?

And then from there what you really want and how do you want to live and feel about your life?

I looked back and we have changed so much. I’m glad we are together and we are not afraid anymore to be fu***ng amazing and at the same time a human being. Breaking free from all labels and doing this work. Ahh I could dedicate my all life again and again.

Because when I look inside of your eyes I can see the truth even if I can’t explain in words yet.

After an intense week I always find so many lessons.

And the answer that comes from the higher planes are so simple that our mind have doubts.

Being a human is kind of a funny thing for my soul because at the end of the drama, emotions and all the challenges I always sit and laugh.

Like deep inside I smiled.. and there is so Much light that illuminates my darkness.

Every time I go down I can become stronger when I come up again.

Because my soul loves the shadows like loves the light.

When duality doesn’t exist anymore. In our heart.

We can get confused sometimes about how to live on earth.. my dear ones

But don’t forget to have fun, to enjoy everything about this experience. Is not about ascending to your soul, is about integrating your physical body and bringing all the energy down. So you can become free with your physical body , is not about transcending to another realm and becoming light in another plane.

Not now.

Is About laughing, crying, losing hope and the finding hope again, trusting what you receive, about stabilising connections in the sky but being able to bring it down to your cells trough your vibration to every eyes that you look deep, to every smile you see or give.

Is about learning your nature. A human being. A divine soul living a physical journey in the matter.

Im translating the spiritual codes to our reality. Still learning. How to do it and how to be a human ❤️

You feel afraid.
You feel you don’t deserve.
You make actions based on the opposite of you want because your ego and beliefs wants to keep you there.

You resist because to make the space for the new you have to let it go..

Maybe is about that.

Buy the ticket, take the risk.

The answer is the experience

Following the heart is always an act of courage.

And to keep acting from your heart takes even more courage because is an everyday choice.

And there are a lot of distractions trying to stop you.

Múltiplo, profundo, intenso, leve e alegre.

Isso te assusta ou te liberta?

Se me perguntam tens medo de morrer? Ou renascer?

Eu te respondo não, eu tenho medo de não viver.

E talvez a resposta seja tão profunda e complexa ao mesmo tempo tão simples.

Querido velho padrão,
Após tanta dedicação e trabalho para te acolher vejo que você ainda está aqui. Não por inteiro, mas apenas uma parte sua. Uma parte que além da minha neutralidade insiste em me tocar.

E quando você me toca parte de mim resiste. Parte de mim insiste.

E te senti, deixei você me desestabelecer, mas não como antes. Pq toda vez que você vem como a força da natureza agora eu me rendo. Me rendo para descobrir a verdade sobre mim mesma. Me rendo como as ondas do mar agitado na loucura das emoções.

Lembro bem, que nesse mar intenso aprendi a mergulhar.
Depois a sobrevoar. A olhar. E amar a intensidade do movimento que grita dentro de mim.

Partes obscuras que ainda vivem dentro do meu lado sombrio.

Não lembro exatamente como você veio parar aqui. Mas por tantos anos você me ensina sobre acolher, sobre viver, sobre aceitar. Sobre ser inteira.

E toda vez que você me despedaça, caio no chão, mas quando eu me levanto, eu subo, eu subo mais forte.

Subo ainda com mais força porque isso faz lembrar a força que existe dentro do meu coração. Da minha alma. E isso minha mente não pode negar.

Deixo a ilusão. Deixo aquilo que meu Feminino não precisa aceitar. Muito menos carregar. Dores de uma velha história. Talvez elas nem sejam propriamente minhas. Não me importo a origem disso tudo, mas escolho no agora Amar.

Junto os pedaços e os coloco no lugar.

E será que não é sobre isso? Aprender a te acolher 100%?

Não dá para entender sem viver.

Não dá pra compreender sem sentir.

Não dá pra ser inteiro se não entendermos que para ser inteiro é preciso se acolher por inteiro.

E quando você insistir, quando vi já me rendi, a mistura louca que é sentir isso tudo. A mistura de vida com morte a cada amanhacer. De renascer. De só ser. De viver.

E depois entendi a maestria em acolher. A relembrar que agir com o coração é se render, é sustentar algo NOVO absolutamente novo dentro de uma escuridão. E que se você parar para observar, essa é você iluminando.

É continuar a iluminar. O caminho. Pois o caminho é a verdade que voce busca.

E não podes fugir de si mesma, muito menos do seu caminho.
