StressAce Stressace is an effective technique to get rapid relief from stress and develop natural stress control.

I developed and researched StressAce in my psychology practice and have used it
consistently since 1990. The method grew out of my study of child development
psychology and my practical experience in the field. By working at child and family units in several mental health hospitals in South Africa for over twelve years, I was fortunate to experience being part of a multi-disciplinary treatment te

am, which usually included the full complement of a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, psychiatric nursing sister, occupational therapist, remedial teacher and speech therapist. This exposure to the multi-disciplinary team raised my awareness of the need for and value of treatment interventions offered by allied health professionals. I became very interested in Sensory Integration, a therapy offered by occupational therapists. From this experience I developed StressAce, a combination of psychotherapy and sensory and movement therapy, that is also very suitable for adults.
