We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our growing Project Management Company.

Gapcomm Projects specialises in delivery quality commercial fitouts throughout Australia. We currently require a Site Manager due to increased workload and internal restructure. We are seeking someone who already has some experience in managing sites, or has the confidence to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities
This opportunity would see you working on site as the Gapcomm site representative.

You will assist the Project Managers in many areas of delivering a project including but not limited to :

>Maintaining a safe site by implementing our WHS plan and its directives

>Carry out toolbox and quality meetings helping to ensure productivity
>Ensure all works are carried out to the project specifications
>Good communication skills helping to build and maintain relationships with all parties
>General Knowledge of managing the day to day duties of a fitout site manager

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role, however it is not required, but would be taken into consideration. You will have;
>Ability to be part of a team and a desire to learn
>Attention to detail and proven communication skills
>Current Drivers’ Licence

Work in progress in our design office today, with colour and material selections happening for our clients upcoming office refurbishment.

2024 trends have been embraced, with our design team selecting a deep, inky-blue hue and combining it with a layering of warm earthy tones, featuring a metallic copper and the rich Tassie Oak timber finishes in the Polytec laminate selections.
