As Mother's Day approaches, it is a time of celebration and reflection for many of us. This year let us embrace the opportunity to honour and show our appreciation for the incredible women who have shaped our lives, while also being mindful of those who may find this day challenging.

For international students who are far away from home, KOI Student Society wants to emphasise that distance does not diminish the love and gratitude we feel for our mothers. Even if you can not be with your mother physically, there are countless ways to connect virtually and express your love. Whether it is a heartfelt video call, a handwritten letter, or a thoughtful gift sent across the miles, your gestures will undoubtedly warm your mother's heart and remind her of the bond you share. Additionally, take some time for self-care to honour your mother's love by taking care of yourself.
