EXCITING NEWS ......

I LOVE CRUISING WITH DIANNE
has been nominated in the Blacktown City Council Australia Day Awards - Community Event of the Year 2024 for my Cruise Showcase event at Atura Hotel Sept 2024.

Not only was I nominated by a valued client, I received notification that I am also a Finalist for 2024 for this category.
This was much to my surprise and very grateful to my client for nominating me for my event.

The Certificates will be presented at a special Council Luncheon ceremony on Australia Day when I'll be in fact cruising this week back to Melbourne, however, I have a very close dear friend who is attending in my absence on my behalf.

Fingers crossed everyone I'll keep you posted.
But just to be nominated and then become a finalist is very much and an exciting achievement for my small business and me personally.

IMPORTANT CRUISE UPDATE - DISCO GLAM CRUISE.

21 January 2025

Dear I Love Cruising,

We are writing to you today with an update to your clients’ Carnival Adventure™ cruise, V538, departing 18 July 2025.

Due to operational considerations, the theme for this Short Break is changing from Disco Glam to 80s.

We understand your clients booked this cruise well in advance, and we do apologise for this change. If your clients no longer wish to remain booked on this cruise with the new 80s theme, they can cancel their booking and receive a full refund of the cruise fare paid. If your clients would like to cancel, please let us know by 4 February 2025.

If your clients are happy to remain booked on this cruise, there is no action required from them or you. Their booking will be automatically updated in our system.

To help share this information with your clients, an email has been sent to all guests where an email address has been provided in the booking. We kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring your clients are aware of this information.

Once again, we apologise for this change. Thank you for your cooperation.

As a Travel Professional and Cruise Specialist, we ALWAYS recommend to fly at least one day prior to your cruise destination for domestic travel and allow a minimum 2 days in your port for International cruises so you don't miss your flight either due to cancellation, weather or delays.

You are responsible to get to your destination prior to your cruise and you may not be covered by Travel Insurance if you miss your connecting travel either. Always check your Travel Insurance PDF and Policy inclusions but better still, allow yourself plenty of time prior to your Cruise travel departure date so you get to enjoy what you've been saving to enjoy :)

Norwegian Sun arrived into Sydney yesterday and was at OPT overnight having 2 days in our beautiful harbour for guests to explore everything that Sydney can offer.
Today the Sun WAS Shining for her and I had the opportunity to see her up close and view her for myself.
