As we progress through the build phase, it's essential to prioritize recovery to support your body's adaptation to increased intensity and stress. Work with your coaches to incorporate recovery sessions into your weekly program based on the goals you set in Week 1. How can you make time to include recovery into your program? Explore different recovery strategies such as F45 Recovery workouts, stretching at home, or hot/cold therapies.

How are you sleeping this far into the Challenge? Check in with your daily log in the F45 Training App and identify patterns that might be showing. Are you hitting your sleep goal daily or are there new boundaries you need to implement to improve sleep length or quality? When you believe in your ability to succeed, you're more likely to stick to new habits and overcome challenges. Embrace positive self-talk to reinforce your commitment and transform your goals into achievable realities.

This positive self-talk includes our nutrition! Reflect on your relationship with food. Are you maintaining a positive outlook? Instead of labelling foods as "good" or "bad," see them for what they are—nourishing fuel that supports your body and goals. Use tools like the Hunger/Fullness scale or a balanced plate to enjoy your meals without guilt or restriction. This approach fosters long-term sustainability.
