As I wake this morning in Casablanca to the call to prayer- I’m excited to take my new group on my 7 th tour! We start today at the amazing and spiritual HassaII mosque with the second largest minaret in the world and a roof that opens to the skies.Based by the edge of the ocean it is a majestic first moment for our tour!

Le petit dejeuner $6.76.

Moroccans don’t use a knife and fork they pour lots of olive oil over the omelette - they sprinkle it with salt and cumin and eat it with their Moroccan bread.

When I have an authentic Moroccan breakky with my driver instead of being a tourist - we eat it straight from a metal omelette pan with torn peices of bread ! Yummy !
