Where to begin….? I have spent the last three spectacular days exploring the myriad delights of Nice, Eze, and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat under the guidance of the Nice Côte D’Azur Tourism Department. Discovering the incredible variety of regions, foods, properties, activities and history has been an absolute privilege and I have fallen completely in love with this beautiful slice of France! Nice is ever changing and is evolving continuously- with a wonderful mix of charm, innovation, luxury and authenticity. From city centre, to mountaintop wineries, to spectacular coastlines- what’s not to love! #ExploreNiceCotedAzur

A sad farewell to Uniworld’s S.S. Catherine as the next chapter of my adventure begins. We had a beautiful last few days onboard- filled with strolls through the market in Beune, wine tasting at the centuries old Chateau du Rully, unearthing the history of Lyon and, of course, enjoying a spectacular array of regional dishes on board Uniworld. What a beautiful experience! The staff, the experiences, the ART, the food- the list goes on… Now off to the Côte D’Azur for a few nights between Antibes, Nice and Monaco! Bon Voyage!
