We invite you to join us on this 9-day walking holiday in vibrant Sardinia, an island of beautiful beaches, turquoise sea, fascinating rock formations, lively locals, and delicious food.
Commencing in the Sardinian port of Olbia we travel to Luogosanto. This will be our inland mountain base for four nights from where each day we set out to visit a different area of the northern coast - The geo-marine protected area of La Maddalena Archipelago National Park known for its blue and green waters, pink beaches, and tiny islets; and the Costa Rossa on the northwest Gallura coast.
We visit Nuoro, known as ‘Sardinia’s Athens’, and will be based at the beachside village of Cala Gonone for the next five nights. From there we walk to stunning coastal coves and use local boats to appreciate remote sections of the Orosei Gulf. Our inland walks explore the Supramonte, a wild limestone dolomitic mountain chain which is part of Gennargentu National Park, an area which boasts forests of juniper, yew and holm oak; the karst spring of Su Gologone, and the limestone cliffs of Gorroppu Gorge, the ‘Grand Canyon of Europe’.

Three upcoming trips within three extraordinarily different landscapes. We want our tours to showcase the immense diversity of the destinations we travel to, so here's just a few of the places we can't wait to be walking within soon.

☀️ Bunya Mountains to Bundaberg (23-31 August)
This trip weaves from the world's largest forest of bunya pines, to the sandstone landscapes of Cania Gorge, and out to the jewel of the Great Barrier Reef - Lady Musgrave Island. Along the way we'll encounter diverse bird life, meander through charming coastal towns, and snorkel over the coral reefs teeming with marine life.

🌌 Girraween Short Break (21-24 August)
A winter trip to the beautiful granite country consists of dark starry skies, glowing fireplaces in the cosiest of cabins, hot chocolates from the local chocolate shop, and no doubt a glass or two of the regional wines. Our days are spent ascending to the spectacular peaks of the Main Range, Girraween, and Bald Rock National Parks where we'll soak up the winter sunshine against the warm granite.

🏞 Yorkshire Dales to The Lakes (27 Aug - 10 Sep)
A deep dive into the magical landscape of Northern England, steeped in history and literary associations. We'll meander alongside dazzling lakes, through windy moors, soaring fells, and to the limestone scars and charming villages that inspired the Bronte sisters.

If you're interested in joining any of our Aug/Sep tours, we'd love to have you along! Detailed itineraries and bookings are available through the link below:
