5. Give clients options for a Greek holiday... too many to recommend!!
6. Talk about Macchu Picchu and the Amazon with some honeymooners.
7. Run to do school pick up.
8. Last day of school demands: must have an icecream.

Squeeze everything in between school drop off and pick up.

STOP THE PRESS!!

I will be taking a break from the 22nd of December to the 2nd of January to spend time with my little family. Whilst I won't be in Mallorca like the photo below, I will be enjoying lots of beach time and a chance to disconnect.

A big part of travelling is meeting people and coming home with new friends.

I was lucky enough to meet and travel with the below women on my recent trip. They are all truely inspiring women each with their own unique story and all so willing to share laughs and knowledge.

Some things you just need to see in person and the Collosseum is definately one of them. An amazing architectural structure of it's time. It was commissioned in 72ad as a gift to the Roman people.

Did you know it used to be covered in marble?

Today's the 1st of December. It's starting to feel festive. The Christmas season always brings back fond memories of Europe at this time of year.

The streets come alive at night with quaint Christmas markets to explore and if you are lucky enough some of the city's are covered in a blanket of white snow. You can sip mulled wine in one of the wooden booths, buy handmade Christmas ornaments and eat some delicious gingerbread cookies all under the magical lights of the markets.

They were setting up a lot of the markets on my recent trip to Europe and it really did make me remember the magic of a European Christmas. Now you can explore on a tour or even a river cruise dedicated to Christmas markets or I can organise your own independent holiday with friends or your children.

Today's office scenery. How lucky am I.

Guess who is back from my amazing adventure!

I hit the ground running this morning and I am excited to get back into it.

Oh Barcelona!

Our final stop on our Viking cruise is the city of Barca. We arrive around 8 in the morning with a night onboard and then a night in a hotel post cruise.

There is something about Barcelona. It is a vibe! The streets twist and turn enticing you to explore them, captivating street art line the narrow streets. It is a mixture of old and new. The food is fresh and you must enjoy tapas. It is a sharing meal encouraging a family atmosphere. Then you have the flamenco, a gypsy dance and of course all of Gaudi's architectural masterpieces (book ahead tickets go fast to his attractions).

We had a jammed pack 2 days full of more laughter, exploring and eating (of course!). We stayed at the gorgeous Majestic hotel and spa on Passeig de Gracia which had views for days from their rooftop bar and pool and found it easy to walk or use the metro and the breakfast offering was out of this world.

Once again Barcelona has left me wanting to go back again.

Sete, France was the next stop in France along the coast. It is also another gateway to exploring more of what France has to offer. With day excursions to Montepellier, Carcassone and Narbonne amongst the offerings. I chose the walking tour of Sete with a guide who used his flute to stop the traffic.

It is predominately a fishing town. Fishing boats line the canals of the city and the food on offer is just incredible. Fresh fish, octopus pie, olives, cheese and pastrys fill the cafes. After the 2 hour tour some chose to indulge in the famous local oysters and wine at the local market. I chose to walk to a quaint fishing village on the Thau lagoon and the little shacks and artwork were just charming each with their own story to tell.
