A great little gem, and it’s just across the road from Moose and Mimi’s. So much history and information, the Rural Museum is well worth a visit. The information centre is also co located, so you can investigate the other hidden treasures within the area while you are there.

Nothing nicer than enjoying a cool beverage whilst watching this view from the seats on the balcony of the apartments. Sunrise is pretty spectacular too 🌅

A great place for breakfast, lunch, or a coffee is Diamonds and Dust, which is a lovely flat walk from Moose and Mimi’s. Great shopping to browse as well!

For now, our playground is located within the pool yard, whilst we relocate the chickens and move the fence back to accommodate it in the yard. Guests are welcome to use the playground, but only under supervision at the moment!

The weather has certainly been warm. And the pool area is looking very inviting. Our guests are welcome to use the pool and pool house during their stay, and we are more than happy to assist in any way to facilitate this.

The garden at Moose and Mimi’s is looking fantastic. Thanks to Robyn Otley from Temora Garden Care for helping us keep on top of our acre block. We welcome our guests to enjoy the outdoor spaces during their stay.

Latte and Lady love greeting our guests!! They are contained in a yard seperate to the accommodation, but will greet you at the fence when you arrive. Thankfully they don’t bark!! But they might lick you to death through the fence 😅

This young one is growing up fast. Moose and Mimi’s have some ponies in their adjoining paddock that Mimi is more than happy to take you to meet. The balcony of the apartments affords a great view of their paddocks, and Mimi can often be seen schooling the ponies in the arena.

Just when you thought Temora couldn't get any prettier, the jacarandas come into bloom!

You notice different things when you live in the country. The air is crisper, the sounds are clearer and the opportunities to be part of a community abound. A tree change to Temora will completely change your life for the better.

This beautiful town is not only friendly but picturesque into the bargain.

Drench Festival is on in Temora from the end of February to the end of March. Some great events for all tastes. Moose and Mimis have some vacancies for most of the dates, if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay, within a short, flat walk to most venues. Contact Amanda more more information.
