🌍✨ A Good Friend of Temora Travel is Making a Difference in Ethiopia ✨🌍

A good friend and special client of Temora Travel, Jeanette Polley, is travelling to Ethiopia to help make a difference in the lives of young mothers who suffer from devastating childbirth injuries. Jeanette is fundraising for the incredible Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation, which supports the life-changing work of Dr. Catherine Hamlin, an Australian doctor who dedicated her life to helping women in Ethiopia heal from traumatic childbirth injuries.

In Ethiopia, over 50% of women give birth without medical care, and many are left with life-changing injuries like obstetric fistula, causing incontinence. These women often face isolation and are abandoned by their families and communities. But YOU can help!

In March 2025, Jeanette will be travelling to Ethiopia as part of a self-funded Hamlin Ethiopian Adventure to witness firsthand the extraordinary work of Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia. Jeanette is hoping to raise $4000 to directly support surgeries and rehabilitation, helping these women regain their lives.
