Flying starts again about 9am on Sunday 5 May so grab a chair or picnic blanket and enjoy the show for just a gold coin donation. The kitchen crew have the BBQ on with snacks and sweets on sale.

And if you're lucky, you can also get a private tour of the planes up close ✈️

It's all happening in Tin Can Bay for the May Day long weekend 🏃‍♂️⛵️✈️

Start early with a weekend warm up of a 5km walk/jog/run at the Wes Mitchell Park parkrun.

Check out the start of the Bay to Bay Yacht Race on Saturday morning from the Tin Can Bay Yacht Club Inc. or get on the water for a closer view.

Head out to the Tin Can Bay Model Flying Club on Rifle Fish Rd over the weekend and for a gold coin donation you can watch scale model military aeroplanes take to the skies.

Make sure to share your photos of how you spent the long weekend in Tin Can Bay!
