Tinonee Cottages, Manning Valley: Sit... relax... watch the world rush by. A retro haven from days gone by. Two historic cottages overlooking the Manning River.

The Manor sleeps up to 8, and is child and pet friendly (that doesn't really do it justice - we have the perfect set up for kids and four-legged family members); and The Cottage, for couples or singles only - romantic, rustic, retro, glorious and stunningly appointed. It is pet friendly too!

I have not been able to post this before as it was just too raw. Our gorgeous Kitt became ill at the cottages, and sadly it was found he had an aggressive form of cancer. He did not suffer, he went from "I'm AWESOME!" to gone in a period of days. Only 12 years old, it threw us all into shock. My shadow, my quality control checker, my heart. Gone in an instant.

Rest in peace my darling pup, you were the goodest of boys. 🥹

A lovely neighbour said "New sign looks good!" then had a giggle when I told her it had been there for 10 years. Amazing what a little solar power can do.

Great news. After closing The Cubby since the Covid wave slammed us, we are finally opening it back for use.

We have scrubbed, reorganised and put in place a cleaning procedure with sanitising the same as we do in both cottages.

Welcome back into our magic vintage child's world!
