These architects/builders had only one job and they failed..lol

Architects can make beautiful designs come to life, as long as they solve all those major and minor construction issues. But sometimes, even the most obvious details are overlooked, and the end product turns out completely unusable. From stairs that go nowhere to doors on the nonexistent third floor...

Kim Gritten will be on holidays from Tuesday 19th march to Tuesday 2nd April.

We will be accepting any projects to quote during this time and will endeavour to get these out to you as quickly as possible. He will be doing quotes when he can from the Cruise or in port. However, please note work on projects will not commence until he has returned from his cruise after easter. He will have limited phone access.

Big thanks to from Good as Gold Cleaning and Home Services, Toronto for a job well done on our final office clean at Toronto.

Chatting with Natalie was like chatting with an old friend and she was lovely to deal with. Her rates were very reasonable and she worked within our budget. She cleaned all our venetian blinds and internal windows and gave the office a general clean. She even organised the carpet to be professionally steam cleaned... when we couldnt find anyone. All done just after Christmas when no one was available.

we would highly recommend Natalie for both residential and commercial cleaning...tell her Alison from Proconstruct Services sent you.

A huge thank you to from Power Wash Empire for a fantastic external pressure wash on our old Toronto office windows for our end of lease. Sorry about all the wasps. those windows are so clean :)

Jenbae came to our rescue at the last minute as we couldnt find anyone who would do the work close to Christmas .punctual, good communication, and very resonable rates plus a job well done...the windows looked great. We would highly recommend Jenbae and his team for any extrnal pressure wash you may need.

Welcome to 2024 :) We trust you had a great Christmas and New Year. How time flies when you are having fun and downtime!

Kim and Alison are back on deck at our Red Head (NSW mid coast) and Newcastle/Lake Macquarie offices and are gearing up for a propserous and busy year ahead. Our office hours are flexible at the moment as we are still in holiday mode. ZZZZZZZ... But it is a good time to get your project on the board and get off to a great NY start.

What a great day to have our mobile admin office by Lake Macquarie at Belmont....easy not to do work and just look at the view....but lots work to do 😁😁😁...phone didnt stop with new enquiries and setting up new projects..yee ha

We have been so blessed to share premises with you and do life with you. We have been so blessed to pray for our community, nations and our businesses with you.
