Kim Gritten will be on holidays from Tuesday 19th march to Tuesday 2nd April.

We will be accepting any projects to quote during this time and will endeavour to get these out to you as quickly as possible. He will be doing quotes when he can from the Cruise or in port. However, please note work on projects will not commence until he has returned from his cruise after easter. He will have limited phone access.

Big thanks to from Good as Gold Cleaning and Home Services, Toronto for a job well done on our final office clean at Toronto.

Chatting with Natalie was like chatting with an old friend and she was lovely to deal with. Her rates were very reasonable and she worked within our budget. She cleaned all our venetian blinds and internal windows and gave the office a general clean. She even organised the carpet to be professionally steam cleaned... when we couldnt find anyone. All done just after Christmas when no one was available.

we would highly recommend Natalie for both residential and commercial cleaning...tell her Alison from Proconstruct Services sent you.

A huge thank you to from Power Wash Empire for a fantastic external pressure wash on our old Toronto office windows for our end of lease. Sorry about all the wasps. those windows are so clean :)

Jenbae came to our rescue at the last minute as we couldnt find anyone who would do the work close to Christmas .punctual, good communication, and very resonable rates plus a job well done...the windows looked great. We would highly recommend Jenbae and his team for any extrnal pressure wash you may need.

Welcome to 2024 :) We trust you had a great Christmas and New Year. How time flies when you are having fun and downtime!

Kim and Alison are back on deck at our Red Head (NSW mid coast) and Newcastle/Lake Macquarie offices and are gearing up for a propserous and busy year ahead. 1. is running our and construction services from Red Head, Mid Coast, NSW.

2. is running our Admin / Sales office from home/remotely in the Lake Macquarie area.

A one-off payment of $1,000 for adults and $400 for children will be offered from tomorrow for people in 23 local government areas (LGA) in NSW. It is expected that claims can be made from 2 pm Thursday 7 July.

To be eligible, you must live in one of the listed LGAs (see below) and have been substantially affected by the flooding.

Employees and sole traders who have lost income because of flooding will also be able to claim the Disaster Recovery Allowance for up to 13 weeks.

Residents can apply for the payments via the Services Australia website or over the phone once the flood response assistance portal has been set up.
