Here's a short video of some monochrome (Black and white in this case) shots from a recent trip to Europe. Pleasant day in Aix-en-Provence yesterday. Damp in the morning but it got sunnier. Cezanne’s workshop is under renovation. Mont Sainte Victoire is in the same place as I left it 10 years ago. The old city walls have led to some strange little buildings.
Today was a relaxing morning with some heavy rain and thunder which also cleared away. A lovely opportunity for a quick trot up the Cap de Canaille cliffs overlooking Cassis. Churchill painted them when he stayed in Cassis.
Simple dinner tonight then I’m watching the French play the Dutchies in Euro2024 with an 8.6%beer in hand. Such much good life 😀.
