7 years ago with not much but a crazy idea from 2 best friends and the support of their wives, Mexicoast opened its doors on the gorgeous Terrigal esplanade. A small, humble little space that taught us lots of valuable lessons.
After (too) many challenges we moved to Toukley and set up shop in a space 3 times the size of what we were used to!!! 😳
Word got out and the people came!!!! 🙌🏽
Over the past 7 years what we are most proud of is the community we have created in our Cantina, with the help of our amazing staff (some of which have been with us since Terrigal) we have created the atmosphere that we have always craved here in Toukley.
To our supporters, you are the reason we are so lucky to be able to live this dream, those who come weekly, bi weekly, daily, we appreciate you more than we could ever express!
The memories created within Mexicoast are full of laughter and that’s something we are most grateful for! To be able to give back to our community is also something that we feel fortunate to be able to do!

So have a margarita, grab a sangria, enjoy a taco and celebrate our 8th Anniversary of the Best Mexican!!!! (In our opinion)
