We recently hosted a huge weekend of swimming at the Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre for the 2024 Victorian Country LC Swimming Championships!
People travelled from all over Victoria to battle it out in one of the biggest tournaments on the swimming calendar.
Records were set, crowds cheered, and everyone had a fantastic day out. Thanks to Swimming Victoria and Gippsland Swimming Inc for bringing this event to life for the very first time in Latrobe City!

International Rose Garden Festival - Morwell 🌹🌹
📅Saturday 11 November / Sunday 12 November
Starting at 12pm through to 9.30pm each night, visitors can explore the roses, take part in a range of free activities, treat their taste buds to a traditional Devonshire Tea at the CWA marquee or partake in retail therapy at the garden and market stalls.
Saturday will feature the Festival’s favourite gardening guru, Costa Georgiadis, who will chat about all things gardening and sustainability. Novice rose growers are encouraged to enter the Cut Rose Competition for the chance to win great prizes.
On Sunday, parents and kids are in for a treat with costa the gnome and scrapboy from dirtgirlworld, performing their grubby bucket live stage show and hosting a mud pie bake off!
