As most people already know Gippsland Legal Conveyancing has now joined Littleton Hackford Solicitors and operates under the banner of Littleton Hackford. We still provide the same services and nothing has changed, except the name.

Our offices are closed from 23rd December 2016 and will re-open on Monday 9th January, 2017 at 9.00. Looking forward to a great year and assisting you in your purchases and sales of properties.

2016 was a good year and hopefully 2017 will be even better. Thanks to everyone who has helped make 2016 a good year, because without your referrals and repeat work, we would not have survived another year. Looking forward to 2017 and a great working relationship with clients, bankers, agents and other Conveyancers and Solicitors.

We advise that as of today you will now enter our office via Littleton Hackford Solicitor entry 119 Hotham Street, Traralgon (next door) entry and ask for Gina Massaro. We have had renovations done to the office, which we are excited about and hope that it will assist in going forward in the new financial year.

Well first day back today after three weeks and it's like you were never away. Houses still sell and people still buy, which is what we rely on for business. Hopefully 2016 will be a good year and looking forward to another productive year. Don't forget if you are selling, buying, transferring or subdividing, give us a call and let us assist you.

Well this has been one of the hardest and best years and I am so glad it has come to an end. The office closed at 5.15 pm today and will re-open again at 9.00 am on Monday 11th January, 2016. Tomorrow is my clean up day to try and get things done that I have not been able to get too. I cannot thank all my clients, agents, brokers, bankers and friends for their support during the year and hopefully many more to come. There is no better feeling than when a client gives you a card thanking you for making their experience of purchasing or selling a property stress free, after all we try and make it as easy as we can and sometimes we get there with great ease but sometimes it requires that extra mile. The best thing about this job is that no 2 files are the same and there is always a challenge and at the end of it someone has achieved their dream of being a home owner and knowing that we have contributed to their dream is a great feeling. Looking forward to a well earned break and will be back on deck again in 2016. Thanks.

Someone pointed out to me yesterday that Gippsland Legal Conveyancing are only entering our 5th year not 6th year of operation. Just got a little ahead of time but five years is a milestone which when we began seemed a long way off. But with a lot of hard work and may changes in the conveyancing world, we made it - bring on 2016.

Well we are nearly at the end of another year and Gippsland Legal Conveyancing will be entering its 6th year of operation, which is hard to believe, but an achievement we are proud of. We certainly would never have achieved this milestone without the support of our clients, great Estate Agents, Brokers and Bankers in the area whose assistance allows a successful outcome for the most important people in our business - you the client. There is nothing more satisfying in this business when settlement goes through and your clients are happy and let you know that they have been happy with your service and will let their friends know. Word of mouth goes a long way to building your client basis. Just two weeks left of this year and hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.

It is a great achievement when you get a good result for your clients and today was one of those days. To finally get an unconditional contract for clients on their sale when things looked grim. Then Astute Financial steps in to achieve what we all thought was not going to happen - finance approval. Nothing like being able to call your client and deliver the good news and then have your client deliver flowers to say thank you. Today was a good day.
