With warmer days upon us, now is the perfect time to visit the Adelong Falls Gold Mill Ruins! This historic site has become even more captivating with the addition of the Snowy Valleys Wellness Trail, which winds peacefully along the creek. Take a leisurely stroll, soak in the natural beauty, and admire the sculptures featured on the Snowy Valleys Sculptures Trail.

Cruise along 21kms of sealed trail with gentle gradients and sweeping curves, revealing stunning views of rolling hills, vineyards, and picturesque farmland. As you reach the Rosewood end, make sure to brake for a pit stop at the Gone Barney Cafe and Nursery or the Rosewood Railway Cafe—perfect places to recharge and fuel up before you shift gears for the ride home.

Nestled along the peaceful banks of the Murray River, Jingellic offers a perfect escape for fishing, camping, and paddling enthusiasts. 🌊✨ captured these stunning shots at Jingellic during her visit here, showcasing the beauty of this hidden gem.

If you’re in the region this weekend, don’t miss the annual Jamming at Jingellic event at the Jingellic Showgrounds! Happening Saturday, it’s a day filled with live music, delicious food, cold drinks and more. 🎶🥂🍕

Free camping is available at the Jingellic Reserve, and you can enjoy being just steps from the beer garden of the Jingellic Pub which is also just a short walk to the showground. 👏

Step into the depths of Yarrangobilly Caves and discover a world of stunning stalagmites, stalactites, and intricate formations like shawls and cave corals. Explore six remarkable caves carved from a limestone belt laid down around 440 million years ago in Kosciuszko National Park.
The largest, South Glory Cave, features towering chambers perfect for a self-guided tour. Other caves, including Jersey and Jillabenan, offer guided Discovery tours running three to four times daily (closed on Christmas Day). Tickets are available at the Yarrangobilly Caves Visitor Centre.
Be prepared for adventure! Sturdy, enclosed shoes are essential and remember to bring a jacket—the caves stay cool even on warm days. Huge thanks to for capturing these fantastic shots on her recent journey through our region! 📸

Built in the stunning NSW high country near the Victorian border, Khancoban was originally established to house workers for the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Scheme. Today, the nearby Khancoban Pondage, a part of the Scheme, is a 3km lake that serves as a playground for fun and adventure. 🌄

Perched on the edge of a dramatic gorge, Landers Creek Falls Lookout offers breathtaking views as the falls cascade from the cliffs into the rugged ravine below, eventually flowing into the beautiful Talbingo Reservoir. A standout feature here is the rare Tingiringi Gum tree, which grows right from the lookout—unique to this part of Kosciuszko National Park. It’s well worth the hike, as shown by these amazing shots from Instagrammer . 🌄📷
If you're in a two-wheel drive, park at the Cumberland Trail 2WD carpark, just 300 metres from the Snowy Mountains Highway turnoff. From there, it’s a 10.6km return walk to the lookout. For those with 4WDs (or mountain bikes!), you can shorten the trip with a quick ride or drive to the 4WD carpark, just 800m from the lookout (note: 4WD access is closed during winter). 🚴🥾
Located about 50km from Tumut and 40km from Kiandra, Landers Falls is a must-visit stop along your Snowy Valleys adventure! 🚙✨

At the Yarrangobilly Caves area you can explore jaw-dropping caves, discover wildlife and enjoy a swim in a spring-fed thermal pool. These stunning, ancient natural features are just a short drive from scenic #Talbingo village and 75km from #Tumut. The largest, South Glory Cave, allows you to explore at your own pace on a self-guided tour, just as @james.huang.tw did on a recent adventure. ✨ Combine your underground adventure with the scenic Yarrangobilly Caves river walk (1.5km), and take a dip in the inviting Thermal Pool- it's a good alternative to the shorter but steeper Thermal Pool Walk (700m). You can also join guided tours of some of Yarrangobilly Caves’ more intimate and delicately decorated show caves. Make sure you check current access conditions and book in for any guided or self-guided cave tours through @nswnationalparks before you visit (Ph 02 6454 9597).
