I know you've all been waiting with bated breath for our Holly in the Hills and Christmas in July celebration photos. So here we go!!!
Over the past 7 days we entertained 64 passengers on an unforgettable 2 day tour to Lookout Mountain Retreat in Dorrigo.
Both visits delivered two types of weather, but what remained the same was the laughter, dancing and happy memories that were shared by everyone.
Not only did we celebrate Christmas in July in the hills with a warm fire, live entertainment and yummy food, we also spent time visiting the Slim Dusty Centre, Mary Boulton Cottage, lunch in Macksville, Danger Falls and the rainforest Centre and to top it all off, lunch of grazing boards at Cassegrain Wines
We hope everyone had a wonderful time with us and you all enjoy the photos.

The day started with some delicious morning tea amongst the resident chooks at the best scones on the Coast at Moorland Cottage Cafe.

It was a perfect day on the Myall River as we boarded The Original Tea Gardens Ferry for a trip over the Nelson Bay with some yummy morning tea on board.
Then we met with Stinker John Clarke at the information centre for a very entertaining talk about the history of the area.
Lunch was enjoyed at the Nelson Way Cafe before some freetime in Nelson Bay.

Good morning everyone,

Where to begin????
Day 5 was full of amazing experiences and bucket list opportunities as we completed our final dau in the middle of Australia!!
Today we explored all that the West
MacDonnell Ranges has to offer and we left no stone unturned. Today we took a beautiful hike through Ormiston Gorge, where we were able to view it from 2 different perspectives.
Our next stop was to Ellery creek and some us,very brave people, even took a dip in the freezing waterhole! Next up was Standley Chasm and this was my absolute favourite. After a beautiful walk through the ghost gums and rock cliffs, we enjoyed a beautiful lunch together before making our way to Simpsons gap and later on to Flynns Grave.
But our day didn't end here. Our last night together was had at Earth's Sanctuary for a dinner as show experience. Honestly, this was a highlight of our tour and a must for anyone that is thinking of coming to Alice Springs. This has been a wonderful tour, with beautiful people and we hope that the Red Centre has left a special place in the hearts of all our travellers.

Our Red Centre experience on day 4 saw us visiting Mutitjulu Waterhole and rock art sites. This experience was conducted with a local guide from the Mala community as she shared stories from the Aboriginal Tjukurpa creation with us.
We also participated in a dot painting experience with her at the cultural centre.
After lunch we started our long journey to Alice Springs stopping off at Curtain Springs for a photo opportunity of Mt Connor, the salt Lake, and Erldunda pub.
A big day today, but we sure did jam pack in all that we could, we even saw a pack of wild camels and a bull chasing a dingo!!

Day 3 in the Red Centre started with an early start but this was essential to watch the sensational sunrise over Uluru and Kata Tjuta. It truely is something to behold and something that will be etched as a lasting memory.
Our next stop was to complete the Walpa Gorge walk through the conglomerate rocks of Kata Tjuta( heads-many).
The afternoon was spent enjoying freetime and optional helicopter or segway excursions before an amazing buffet dinner at Ilkara restauarant.
Tomorrow we will begin our journey to Alice Springs. Keep your eye out for more updates.

For the 3rd year running, we have taken a fantastic bunch of travellers to one of the most breathtaking places in Australia.
It is a truly remarkable and awe inspiring location, that you never get tired of visiting.
Uluru, has to be one of my favourite locations and I love sharing this experience with everyone that joins us on this amazing tour.
Day 1 saw us make our way to Sydney, where we spent our first night together, enjoying dinner with our new travel family.
Day 2 we made our way to the airport for our direct flight to Ayres Rock. With beautiful clear skies, we started our memories with an unforgettable Uluru sunset experience with nibbles and bubbles before making our way to our secret location for a BBQ dinner under the stars with Uluru as our backdrop and a constellation show and the end of the night.
This place never disappoints and I can't wait to see what we have in store tomorrow.
